Building on the success of our professional skills development courses, 'Agile Project Management in the Public Sector' and 'Digital and Agile for Local Government', NobleProg has developed the certification for digital and agile ways of working within government.

In response to this demand and the excellent feedback received we developed a new certification course: Certified Digital & Agile in Government™ (CDAG™) FOUNDATION

This is a qualification approved by APMG International as a bespoke NobleProg Certification.

The full certified course will be 2 days with the exam built into the delivery, to be completed at the end of day two. 

If learners successfully pass the 60 minutes exam at the end of the course (pass mark 65%) they will be awarded the CDAG™ qualification Certified in Digital & Agile in Government™

Is this only relevant to those working in the U.K. Government?

The benefits of this certification are not unique to the U.K. Government. There are many obstacles which are common in many different parts of the world. Just like the non-certified courses this new certification has a broad target audience within government, both geographically but also as an entry level certification beneficial for a wide range of roles. We believe that this new certification will become a recognised benchmark of capability in digital and agile ways of working within government.

I have already attended the 'Agile Project Management in the Public Sector' or 'Digital and Agile for Local Government' course.

We are offering all learners who have previously attended either of these two courses a free place on one of our live remote or F2F 1 day 'refresher and revision' courses. The only cost will be the materials / exam kit with certification.

How does this certification differ from other courses?

• This new certification has a dedicated Central & Local government focus, some courses may consider this CDAG™ adds the requisite depth.

• CDAG™ differs from pure Agile courses in that it gives the theoretical Agile overview but focuses on practical implementation of Agile mindset and techniques.

• It differs from Agile Project Management courses in that it covers Project Management basics but with practical Agile Project extensions.

• CDAG™ differs from Scrum courses in that it gives a Scrum overview with a focus on Government friendly Agile/Scrum extensions.

• If differs from Kanban courses in that it gives a Kanban overview with a focus on Government friendly Agile/Kanban extensions.

• It differs from User Centred Design / User Experience courses in that it gives an overview of UCD in a Government friendly agile context.

• CDAG™ has no similarity to any PRINCE2 or Waterfall courses.
